Local Pickup

Orders are typically ready within 24 business hours. ID and signature is required upon pickup. Pickup not available at Beverly Hills. We do not offer pickup outside of business hours, on weekends or holidays for Sherman Oaks or Westlake Village.

Shipping

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). American Skin Institute is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns

We will accept in-person returns and exchanges for unused/unopened products in original condition within 7 days from the purchase date. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded for opened product. Used products are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
