Local Pickup

Orders are typically ready within 24–48 business hours. A valid ID and signature are required upon pickup.

If someone else will be picking up your order, you must email info@amskin.com and text (818) 907-7546 from the same email address and phone number used to place the order and include the full name of the person authorized to pick up the order. They will be required to provide a valid ID for verification and will need to sign for the pickup — no exceptions.

Pickup is not available at our Westlake Village location.

We do not offer pickup outside of business hours, or on weekends or holidays.

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and are not shipped on weekends or holidays. American Skin Institute is not liable for any products damaged or lost by the carrier during shipping. If your package is lost or have received a damaged package, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns

1. ELIGIBILITY:

- Proof of purchase required.

- Items in their original and unopened condition, with all packaging and labels intact: Returned within 1-14 days of purchase date may return for a full refund (no restocking fee).

- Items in their original and unopened condition, with all packaging and labels intact: Returned within 15-30 days of purchase date may return for a partial refund (minus 30% restocking fee). 

- Used/open items returned within 30 days of purchase date may return for a partial refund ( minus 30% restocking fee).

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

- Items after 30 days from purchase date.

- Prescription medications.

- Custom-made or special-order items.

3. REFUNDS:

- Must be within 30 days of purchase date.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Shipping costs are non refundable.

4. EXCHANGES:

- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

- American Skin Institute is not liable for any packages damaged by the carrier during shipping. If you have received a damaged package, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

- All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment, and only items that meet our quality standards are dispatched. However, if you receive a manufacturer-defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the delivery date.
