- Items in their original and unopened condition, with all packaging and labels intact: Returned within 1-14 days of purchase date may return for a full refund (no restocking fee).
- Items in their original and unopened condition, with all packaging and labels intact: Returned within 15-30 days of purchase date may return for a partial refund (minus 30% restocking fee).
- Used/open items returned within 30 days of purchase date may return for a partial refund ( minus 30% restocking fee).
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Items after 30 days from purchase date.
- Prescription medications.
- Custom-made or special-order items.
3. REFUNDS:
- Must be within 30 days of purchase date.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non refundable.

- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
- American Skin Institute is not liable for any packages damaged by the carrier during shipping. If you have received a damaged package, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment, and only items that meet our quality standards are dispatched. However, if you receive a manufacturer-defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the delivery date.
