- Retinol Serum: Our formulation of a powerful retinol and hydrating ingredients will help reduce signs of aging and improve overall skin texture without causing irritation. (Night use only, must immediately follow up with a moisturizer. Initial redness and flaking is normal, begin use with 1x per week and work your way up.)
- Advanced Replenishing Cream: Hydrates and nourishes the skin, restoring moisture barrier and improving elasticity a more youthful-looking appearance.

Orders are typically ready within 24 business hours. ID and signature is required upon pickup. Pickup not available at Beverly Hills. We do not offer pickup outside of business hours, on weekends or holidays for Sherman Oaks or Westlake Village.

American Skin Institute is not liable for any products damaged or lost by the carrier during shipping. If your package is lost or have received a damaged package, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We do not ship outside the U.S.

1. ELIGIBILITY:
- Proof of purchase required.
- Items in their original and unopened condition, with all packaging and labels intact: Returned within 1-14 days of purchase date may return for a full refund (no restocking fee).
- Items in their original and unopened condition, with all packaging and labels intact: Returned within 15-30 days of purchase date may return for a partial refund (minus 30% restocking fee).
- Used/open items returned within 30 days of purchase date may return for a partial refund ( minus 30% restocking fee).
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Items after 30 days from purchase date.
- Prescription medications.
- Custom-made or special-order items.
3. REFUNDS:
- Must be within 30 days of purchase date.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non refundable.
4. EXCHANGES:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
- American Skin Institute is not liable for any packages damaged by the carrier during shipping. If you have received a damaged package, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment, and only items that meet our quality standards are dispatched. However, if you receive a manufacturer-defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the delivery date.
