NORMAL TEMPORARY SIDE EFFECTS:
- Redness and swelling.
- Bruising.
- Lumps.
- Tenderness.
WHAT TO AVOID:
- Vigorous exercise and heavy lifting for a few days after the procedure.
AFTERCARE:
- Wear your compression sock at least 2 weeks after treatment.
- Engage in light walking to promote blood flow.
- Elevate your legs whenever possible to reduce swelling and discomfort.
