INSURANCE

 American Skin Institute is an in-network provider for Medicare, TriWest CCN and most PPO insurance plans from:

• Aetna
• Anthem Blue Cross
• Blue Shield
• Cigna
• First Health
• HealthNet
• Humana
• United Healthcare
• and many more!

We also accept a very limited number of HMO plans. 

Please note:

1. Even though we may be in-network with your insurance company, it is not a guarantee that we accept all insurance plans offered by that company.
2. Even though we may accept your insurance, it is not a guarantee that your insurance plan covers all services, treatments and procedures.

A few days prior to your appointment, we will verify your insurance benefits to confirm that your insurance plan is in-network with our office. However, it is the patient's responsibility to know their insurance plan and coverage. Patient responsibilities such as copays, co-insurances and deductibles will be collected at checkout, surgical responsibilities will be collected at check-in.

Should your specific insurance plan not be in-network with our office, we accept self-pay patients as well. Accepted methods of payment include: Cash, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and CareCredit.
